This building was pretty good, at the time it was a nice area and was fairly well maintained and taken care of, so overall an enjoyable living experience. Sadly there was an issue when moving out as they claimed to not get the notice in time and tried to charge for an extra month due to superindendent's mistake, so that left a bit of a sour taste.

Tribunal decisions

None on file

No tribunal orders at this address

Good news: nothing at this address has been matched to a published order that a residential tenancy tribunal made against the landlord.

It isn’t necessarily a clean record, though. We display orders where it is possible to retrieve them, and coverage varies by province. Additionally, most disputes are settled without an order ever being written, or never make it to a provincial tribunal.

Rent control

Rent control unknown

2.1%

Maximum increase in Ontario this year

Status as reported by tenants.

Ontario caps most rent increases at 2.1% for 2026. Rent can only go up once every 12 months, and your landlord must give at least 90 days written notice on Form N1. Important exception: units first occupied for residential purposes after November 15, 2018 are exempt from the cap entirely — the landlord can raise rent by any amount with proper notice. Rent control also does not apply between tenancies (vacancy decontrol), so a landlord may reset the rent to any amount for a new tenant.
