Gramercy House is a 14-storey, 101-unit purpose-built rental apartment building at 59 Isabella Street in Toronto's Church-Wellesley ('The Village') neighbourhood, built in 1963 and privately owned (RentSafeTO registration 4153533). Amenities include elevators, on-site laundry, balconies in all suites, a rooftop patio/lanai overlooking downtown, garage and assigned parking, and a fenced pet run; dogs and cats are permitted, and heat and water are included in rent. Suites feature parquet and tile flooring, wall-to-wall windows, and newer kitchen appliances. The building is about a five-minute walk from Wellesley subway station and within ten minutes of Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Toronto. Its most recent RentSafeTO evaluation (June 2025) scored 87/100.
