Both directions of an order are counted, including applications that were dismissed or decided for the landlord. Amounts are what the order directed, not what was shown to have been paid, and orders we have not finished processing are missing entirely.

The landlord's eviction application was dismissed because the N12 notice was invalid, and the tenant's harassment application was dismissed for lack of proof. The only money order requires the tenant to repay compensation the landlord had already paid.
